About Bailey and Ramsay Properties

My name is Stefan Bailey, and I’m the CEO of Bailey & Ramsay Properties. Property has always been a passion of mine, the creativity, the transformation, the potential to turn vision into value. But life initially took me in a very different direction.

At the age of 17, I made my first professional appearance as a footballer for Queens Park Rangers FC. I soon went on to sign my first professional contract and was fortunate enough to be a regular in the squad, an experience I will always cherish. Unfortunately, like many athletes, my football career was cut short due to injury and personal circumstances. I didn’t have the education or the support to invest and create a more passive income at the height of my playing career, this would have helped me focus more on the pitch taking away those financial pressures. I aim to provide a service to educate, improve and maintain financial security through property investment so you can focus and fulfil your passion.

After football I went into working with young people who were at risk of being excluded from school. I dedicated years to mentoring, helping them shape their futures, build resilience and develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges. I would always encourage them to chase their dreams.

In 2025, I decided to take my own advice and live my dream. In May 2025, I launched Bailey & Ramsay Properties with my partner Leah Bailey, a property investment company offering diverse development opportunities. Backed by years of personal interest, mentoring, professional training and working with a network of successful experienced property entrepreneurs, I am now focused on building a high-quality serviced accommodation portfolio and connecting investors with exceptional property deals including refurbishments, flips and developments across Bedfordshire, UK and worldwide.
